Help: How to Use PMA Sales E-Commerce

We are proud to introduce you to PMA Sales E-Commerce Website.  It is an easy way for you to search and procure our parts directly online.  Creating an account is required.  It is easy; let’s get started!

Step 1. Create An Account

  • CREATE AN ACCOUNT on the upper right corner of the website or from E-COMMERCE in the menu.
  • Click SEND REQUEST button in the bottom after you enter information.
  • You will receive an account confirmation email with a preassigned password.

Step 2. Sign In

  • Enter Email Address and Password in E-COMMERCE LOGIN in Homepage; Click SIGN IN.

Step 3. Search Parts

  • In the search box, enter the OEM part number, the PMA part number, the LRU, or part of the description.: Suggestions will appear as you type.
  • You can also access to your frequently ordered parts from Wish Lists and Order History.
  • Click a part number in Search Results to check your price and availability.
  • Request PMA supplements if needed.
  • Enter Quantity and click Add to Cart — & repeat the above to complete your search and selection.

Step 4. Procure Parts

  • 4.0  Click View Cart and proceed to Checkout.
  • 4.1  Enter billing  details.  You need to enter such information once so that the system will remember them.
  • 4.2  Enter shipping details.
  • 4.3  Select a shipping method.
  • 4.4  Order confirmation:
    • Select a payment method – i.e. purchase order (pre-approved customer only), credit card, COD (pre-approved customer only), or wire transfer.
    • Enter order instructions, such as Purchase Order # and your account number with the shipper.
    • You can also send your PO file.
  • 4.5  Place an order. — You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.  Orders for parts in stock are usually shipped in 1 business day (or 5 business days for chemicals)!
